HSCC document updates

All, I have been working on updating the Novice Guide, Autocross Rules, and the Bylaws and Constitution.  Below are links to all of these documents.  They will become final at the March meeting at which time the links on the homepage will be updated.  The formatting is off and will be fixed prior to becoming official.Please feel free to comment here or contact me: cpolhamus74@gmail.com

Hopefully, your time consuming and well thought-out effort will be promptly approved and supported by the Club’s members, and then quickly adopted/ implemented by  the Club’s  current Board .
