Gas Container Forgotten @ NS#2 – Labled with “Kart gas with Marvel oil”

Hello to anyone that possibly saw my gas container for my son’s kart last night. There was also a pair of gloves with it. I left it near the trailer and forgot to get it after his runs. If you have the container, please let me know and I can get it from you at the next event. Thank you!

I want to say thank you to the guys that helped Matthew find his way around the track. He was missing one of the cones and they were gracious to get out and point him in the right direction. I saw them in the video being a great couple of guys helping out a beginner autocrosser, and he is now very excited to attend the next event. Great looking out – both of you! I owe you both some chocolate pie. If you don’t know what that means, catch up with me and I will take you to the Awful Waffle and explain it to you.

I will say that I miss the announcer during the event, and some quick feedback. I did not know that Matthew was DNFing, not that I could have helped the way the workers did. Is the announcer no longer going to be something the club does?

Great event, and I will now be getting back into this since Matthew is gung-ho! I’ll bring the E46 up during the Summer for the Night Series and try to make all the Day series. See you guys soon!

We did away with an announcer last year due to COVID to maintain social distance. I’d like to see that come back as well.

I’d like to see an announcer come back as well. I feel it add to the event, gets people more in tune with others times.
