Hello Club Officers/Leaders,
Given the three recent seasons’ average of only about 50 entries at Franklin events – not sure if that covers the Club’s actual costs – the following idea is offered for your consideration.
On Sat-Sun, Aug. 9th and 10th, the annual Mountain High Barbecue/Car Show will be held at the Ag. Center on the South side of Franklin, along Hwy.23/441. Usually well attended with GREAT barbecue and a significant number of “Hot/Street Rods” and restored cars displayed. Perhaps a Highlands display promoting the remaining 2019 Franklin events could be set-up and manned?
