Donation Wanted 55 gallon plastic barrel with removable lid for the club storage unit. This is a good way to store the 40lb bags of Quick Dry Spill Absorbing Granules we have in there in case of a big spill in track.
One or Two free or cheaply priced barrels could be put to good use in this capacity.

FYI to all officers.

We now have a 4 drawer filing cabinet in the storage unit, thanks to the generosity of Daniel Johnson.
This will give us a place to store the old papers from past events (IE wavers scoring papers ect.) so the trailer is not cluttered with past event documents.
This could be a good place to store the Annual Tech Stickers we have already purchased for future years (2020 to 2024).
Things like overstock blank wavers, child wavers and wrist bands for example could be stored in a organized fashion.
