Mr. Young, I appreciate the nomination, but I think I’m going to decline. I know we discussed this on the phone the other day, but I have since made some changes to my school schedule that will potentially interfere with my ability to fulfill the duties of a membership officer.

However, I am still perfectly willing to accept the BoD nomination.
