I actually really like the idea of a season pass. No refunds for not showing, but covers all entry fees for the year. I would price it giving a slight discount over the entire season’s entry fees too so that it would entice people to purchase. Either something like the equivalent of one free event, or else free membership with season pass purchase. Just a thought…
